Terms of Service

1. The service

Felvero is a studio for short-form video creators. It researches ideas, trends, creators and competitors in your niche, plans your content, writes scripts, edits your recordings into captioned vertical videos, and shows results from your channels. We keep improving Felvero, so features may be added, changed or removed over time. Some features may be marked as new or in preview and can change more often.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Felvero. You agree to give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us at support@felvero.com about any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

If you use Felvero on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, text and other material you upload or create in Felvero ("your content"), including the finished videos and text we produce from it for you.

You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transcribe, edit and display your content only as needed to provide Felvero to you, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including any people, music, footage or trademarks in it, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

4. AI-generated output

Felvero uses AI to suggest ideas, titles, scripts, plans, analyses, clips, captions and publishing text. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output given to other users, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice. Review and edit it before you publish; you are responsible for what you publish.

Scores, trends, outlier alerts and other signals are estimates based on public data available to us. We do not guarantee views, followers, income or any other result.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing or that promotes violence;
• use Felvero to spam, deceive, impersonate others or mislead audiences;
• break the terms of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or any other platform you use with Felvero;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its data, or use it to build a competing product;
• probe, overload or interfere with our systems, or get around usage limits or security measures;
• share your account or let others use it to get around limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party platforms

Felvero works with services we do not control, such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. By using features that rely on YouTube API Services you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Features that depend on these platforms may change or stop if the platforms change their rules or access. We are not responsible for third-party services or how they treat your content.

7. Plans, limits and payments

Felvero is offered as a free sample and as paid plans, described on our pricing page. Each plan includes usage limits, such as video minutes and scripts per billing period, and some features are only in certain plans. Your current plan and what is left of it are shown in Plan & billing. Unused minutes and scripts do not carry over to the next period, except extra minutes you buy, which do not expire.

Free sample. New accounts get a one-time allowance that does not renew. Videos made with it are exported at a lower resolution with a small Felvero watermark.

Free trial. A trial requires a payment method and is offered once per person. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into the paid plan shown at checkout and you are charged automatically.

Renewal and cancellation. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Upgrades and downgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. We may change prices for future periods after telling you in advance.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, which charges your payment method and sends your receipts; we never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars, or in Brazilian reais for customers in Brazil, and do not include taxes that may apply where you live. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which does not affect any right you have under the law where you live.

Referral program. You can invite others with your personal link. A person who signs up with it gets the discount shown on the Invite page on their first month. When they have paid for two months, you receive the reward shown there: a credit on your Felvero account, applied to your next invoices, or extra video minutes on the free sample. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are limited per year. Referring yourself, through another account, email or the same payment method, does not count, and we may withhold or reverse rewards obtained by abuse. We may change or end the program for future referrals.

Fair use. Limits described as unlimited are for one creator or team working normally; automated or abusive use may be limited. Creating several accounts to get more free minutes or trials is not allowed.

8. Storage of your videos

Felvero is not a long-term storage service. Original uploads and editor previews are deleted after 7 days and finished videos after 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Download the videos you want to keep.

9. Our rights

Felvero, its software, design, research data and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not give you any other rights to it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Felvero at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@felvero.com. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service; where reasonable, we will tell you in advance so you can download your content. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as your content, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after your use ends.

11. Disclaimers

Felvero is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any data or output will be accurate or preserved.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Felvero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, audience or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or rights you have as a consumer.

13. Responsibility for your content

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Felvero after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.

15. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan terms shown at purchase, are the whole agreement between you and us about Felvero. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply to you.
