This policy explains what information Felvero collects when you use our website and Studio, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run Felvero for you:
- Account information: your email address, display name and profile picture, and the credentials used to sign in (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never stored in plain text).
- Creator profile: the topics, niche, audience, goals, video formats and platforms you tell us about, and the creators and competitor channels you choose to track.
- Content you create in Felvero: saved ideas, scripts and their versions, weekly plans and their progress, and similar work.
- Videos you upload: the video files you upload to Auto Edit and Clips, the transcript we create from their audio, your editing choices, the finished videos, and text we write from them (such as publish kits).
- Connected accounts: if you connect Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, the access tokens those services give us and the account, video, statistics and comment data they allow us to read. If you add a YouTube channel by link, the public information about that channel and its videos.
- Product usage: which pages of the Studio you open and key actions you take (such as uploading, rendering or posting a video), with the time. We record this ourselves, tied to your account, to learn which features help creators; it is never shared with advertisers or other companies.
- Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, errors and timestamps, which our hosting providers record to keep the service secure and working.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use your information
- To provide Felvero: research ideas and trends for your topics, track channels, write scripts and plans, edit your videos and show your channel results.
- To personalise what we show you, using your creator profile and the channels you track.
- To understand which features are used and improve Felvero.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account, security, and important changes to the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, your consent (for example when you connect an account, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligations.
3. Connected accounts and posting
You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time in My Channels. When you connect one:
- What we do with it: show your followers, videos, views and comments in My Channels; publish a video to that account only when you press Post and choose it; and send a reply only when you write one. We never post, comment or change anything on your accounts without that action from you.
- YouTube: Felvero uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can also remove Felvero's access at Google security settings. Felvero's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- TikTok and Instagram: your use is also covered by TikTok's and Meta's own terms and privacy policies.
- Storage and deletion: access tokens are encrypted and kept only on our servers. Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens right away and revokes them where the service allows it. Statistics already shown to you are kept with your account until you delete it or ask us to remove them; cached TikTok data is deleted when you disconnect TikTok.
- No selling or advertising: data from connected accounts is never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
4. AI processing
Many features use artificial intelligence. To produce them we send the relevant data to AI providers acting on our behalf:
- The audio of videos you upload is sent for speech-to-text transcription.
- Transcripts, your creator profile, the public data we research and the text you write are sent to generate ideas, scripts, plans, analyses, clip selections and publish kits.
Our current AI providers are OpenAI and, for transcription, Groq. We send them only what a feature needs, we request that they do not store generated responses where their API allows it, and under their API terms they do not use this data to train their models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; please review it before you publish.
5. YouTube API Services
Felvero uses YouTube API Services to read public information about YouTube channels and videos, including channels you add to My Channels, Competitors, Creators and Radar. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you connect your YouTube channel in My Channels, you sign in with Google and allow Felvero to upload the videos you choose to post (with the title, description and visibility you set) and to read and reply to comments on your videos. We only upload when you press Post, and we never delete or change your existing videos. You can disconnect in My Channels, which deletes the access tokens we store, or revoke access at any time from your Google security settings. We refresh or delete data obtained from YouTube API Services as those services' policies require.
6. Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
When you connect an Instagram professional account, Meta shares the data you approve (such as your profile, posts and their insights) so we can show them in My Channels. Access tokens are encrypted before we store them. You can disconnect at any time in Felvero Settings, and remove Felvero from your Instagram or Facebook settings under apps and websites.
For YouTube channels added by link, we read only public information. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. How long we keep information
- Original video uploads and editor previews are deleted automatically after 7 days. For long videos, the original is deleted once its clips are cut.
- Finished videos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Download the ones you want to keep.
- Transcripts, scripts, plans and other text stay in your account until you delete them or your account.
- Product usage records are deleted automatically after 13 months.
- Account and profile information is kept while your account is active and deleted when you ask us to delete your account, except where we must keep some records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
You can delete a video at any time from Auto Edit or Clips.
9. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, private storage for your videos with short-lived access links, row-level access rules in our database so each account can only reach its own data, and encryption of connected-account tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away at support@felvero.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil and state laws in the United States), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent. You can edit your profile in Settings, delete videos yourself, and disconnect connected accounts at any time.
To delete your account or exercise any other right, email support@felvero.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
12. Children
Felvero is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as Felvero changes. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
