Yes. Open a video up to 3 minutes and edit it with no account: cuts, automatic captions, text, stickers, sound effects, zooms and transitions. To export, create a free account; it then edits 30 minutes of video every month (videos up to 5 minutes), exported in 720p with a small Felvero logo.

Not to edit. You only create a free account when you export, and your edit continues right after, as you left it.

Not while you edit: the video plays from your computer and only its sound is sent to write the captions, then deleted. It is uploaded once you export, to make the final video.

Your first free minutes after sign-up export everything, captions included. After that, the free Editor exports without captions; captions, 1080p without the logo and the AI extras come with a paid plan.
